I don’t get it! Your products are all sold out??

Each week, True Cuddles releases a new, fab product, in limited quantity, at a discounted price, and sells it until it’s gone. So if you see the product, but can’t order, it’s because it’s sold out. In other words, sadly, you’ve missed the Cuddle.

However, we wouldn’t want you to totally miss out on a good thing! Though the deep discount has come and gone, still, you can find the hip, exciting gear we’ve featured in the past tucked away in our Cuddle Archive. Happy Shopping!

I live in the US, since I'm buying in Canadian dollars am I really getting a truly good deal?

Yes, an even better deal in fact. We know, you don't really pay too much attention to our currency up north, but in this case, you'll wanna be all ears, as it's actually working in your favor. The exchange rate from Canadian dollars to US dollars fluctuates daily, for example, today $1.00 CAD = $0.77 USD. Lucky you!

Plus, we are keeping it simple, and charge only one, modest flat-rate shipping fee to anywhere in the continental US and Canada.

But fear not, fellow Canadians, even through this depressing currency cringe you are still getting great deals. Each week, no matter where you live, we promise you're getting a truly good deal at 40%-70% off regular retail prices.

I ordered this week's cuddle...when will I get it?
We package up our cuddles and ship them out every Thursday. If you place your order on Friday, or the weekend, your package will ship the following Thursday. When your order is shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will include tracking information.

All items are shipped by Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service from Calgary, AB.

For Canadian orders, they guarantee 2-7 business days (although remote areas may take longer). US orders take approximately 7 - 10 business days to arrive.
