We want YOUR experience with US to be as warm and cuddly as possible - so, we thought we'd bring to you FAQ FRIDAY... A few random Friday's of each month, we'll offer up some frequently asked questions {along with their answers, of course}!

I ordered this week's cuddle...when will I get it?
We package up our cuddles and ship them out every Thursday. If you place your order on Friday, or the weekend, your package will ship the following Thursday. When your order is shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will include tracking information.

All items are shipped by Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service from Calgary, AB.

For Canadian orders, they guarantee 2-7 business days (although remote areas may take longer). US orders take approximately 7 - 10 business days to arrive.
